Taylor Anderson

Taylor is NCEL’s Chief Operating Officer. Since joining in 2017, she built NCEL’s communications strategy and team from the ground up, as well as taking on an instrumental role in establishing many of the organization’s operational systems and processes. She is process-oriented and has a knack for translating complex topics into easy-to-understand language. Her previous experience includes local and federal environmental communications roles in the U.S. EPA’s Office of the Press Secretary and at the White House Council on Environmental Quality.

Originally from Macon, Georgia, Taylor received her BA and MA from American University in Washington, DC. In her free time, you can find Taylor hanging out with her two dogs – Mocha and Louis – or preparing for another half-marathon.
