New NCEL Webpage on Northeast Carbon Pricing Efforts

NCEL has unveiled a new website, statecarbonpricing.org, to highlight the work of legislators in six Northeast states related to carbon pricing. The website is meant to provide quick access to the latest legislation in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. Webinars, reports and other resources are also available. NCEL staff will regularly update the website content.
